"Assisted Living Under New Management Addresses Concerns"
This place got new bosses since Dad moved in. Some problems popped up. We talked about them in a meeting. Looks like they'll fix them. The head honcho was cool about it. She already knew some problems existed. It's a small community, so they give more personal care.

"Great Caretakers, Mixed Owner Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff who took care of us were very kind and caring. However, I wasn't impressed with the owner of the facility. They lacked compassion for our needs and didn't keep up with insurance procedures. The facility should focus more on 'assisted living' care if they can't provide proper in-service for 'total care' residents. The caretakers worked hard, but the owner needs to be more hands-on. Overall, the cost was great, and the facility was beautiful. The Hospice care from [removed] was wonderful.

"Poor Communication, But Nice Staff and Clean Facility"
I called to ask a question but no one answered, and they never called back. Communication wasn't good. The staff I met during my tour were nice. The place was clean. They offer activities for residents.
