"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is okay, but not great. The staff are nice and helpful, but sometimes things feel disorganized. The food is decent, but it could be better. The activities are alright, but they could use more variety. Overall, it's just okay, but there's room for improvement.

"Helpful staff but facility not ideal for high fall risk"
My dad stayed here for a short time, and [name removed] and [name removed] tried their best to help him and meet his needs. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because he had trouble communicating and was at a high risk of falling. Embrace isn’t really set up for such complex situations. However, it’s a warm and welcoming place where people can feel like they’re at home. I wish it had worked for my dad since it was conveniently located in Novi for family visits. "Wonderful Community with Caring Staff and Fun Activities"
This place is really nice with awesome people who take care of you and are super nice. They keep everything clean and neat, and they have cool stuff to do. We think other families would like it here too.

Overall, Embrace Group Home does a good job. The place is clean and well maintained, and the staff are nice and act professionally. However, families with loved ones needing serious medical attention should make sure the instructions are being followed correctly. We had some issues with my loved one's care.

"Bright, cheerful, and improving lives."
This is a great place. After checking out several other options, this one stood out the most. It's bright and not gloomy like the others. Our mom has been here for a month and is doing better than ever. Her memory has improved, and she's enjoying life again. The only thing missing is a ramp, but they say it will be installed this month.

Our experience with Embrace Group Home has been really good so far. The place is clean, well-lit, and the caregivers are friendly and skilled. Our mother-in-law has been there for nearly two weeks and seems happy. Everything's been positive up to now. The owner mentioned they would put in a ramp at the front door, but it hasn't been done yet. It would be very helpful, so we hope it gets installed soon.

"Clean, Friendly, and Great Overall"
So far, we have a great impression of Embrace Group Home. It’s very clean, well-lit, and the caregivers are friendly and seem skilled. Our mother-in-law has been there for almost two weeks now, and she looks happy. Everything is going well so far. The owner promised a ramp at the front door, but it hasn’t been installed yet. It would be really helpful, so we hope it gets done soon.
