"Unsatisfactory Assisted Living Facility Experience"
My mom stayed here. It was really bad. Most residents just watch TV and get ignored. Food was always the same - soup and a sandwich. The main owner couldn’t make decisions and kept bothering us with calls and texts day and night. We moved my mom elsewhere, much better. I suggest finding another place for your loved one.

"Unfriendly Staff and Terrible Treatment at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is TERRIFYING! A huge "no visitors" sign is posted at the door and they take forever to open up. When staff finally appeared, it seemed like they were just watching TV. As we were getting a tour, a patient was walking to the bathroom when spoke to him so rudely! They said, "Can't you see I'm doing a tour? Go back to your room and shut the door!" The patient just obeyed like a zombie. We couldn't stay there after that.

"Only male semi-private room available"
I got a chance to talk with this facility. They have an opening, but it's only for a male patient to share a semi-private room.

"Like Home, But Better"
The caregivers and the owner really care about their residents. The care is excellent, and the place is spotless. It feels like home, and the food is tasty.

"Unprofessional Conduct at Assisted Living Facility Disappoints Family"
Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Respect at Assisted Living Facility". I don't advise choosing this assisted living facility. I'd arranged a meeting to check it out as a potential new home for our mom, who had been approved for admission there. The staff member who gave us a tour was polite, walked us through the place, and informed us about the activities on offer. However, he then took us by surprise when he told us that he'd accepted a deposit from another party just two hours after we had scheduled our visit, and two hours prior to our tour. We were really upset that he pulled something like this without even calling to alert us about the deposit. Plus, we had driven all the way from the 696 area during peak traffic hours. What upset us even more was his unwillingness to acknowledge his mistake or apologize. Instead, he acted as if he hadn't done anything wrong.
