"Distance Concern at Falkirk Assisted Living"
We visited Falkirk Assisted Living and found it nice and clean, with friendly staff. Our only concern was the distance—it’s far from us and our loved ones’ doctors. Driving back and forth would be inconvenient.

"Disappointed Experience: Assisted Living Facility Review"
I didn't like this place. My mom died two months after moving in. Most of the staff were not good. The owner was loud and didn't seem to care. They took things from my mom. Her stuff was put in garbage bags in the garage right after she died. It was gross.

The team at Falkirk Assisted Living lacks proper training. They engage residents in few activities. The food served is nutritious. Room sizes and community layout are well-designed. The owners make sincere efforts to excel.

The owners are really helpful whenever you need anything. Most of the staff are amazing and do a great job taking care of everyone in the home. I'm very impressed with how clean and well-kept the place is! Thanks for everything you do for the residents!

"Neglect and Deception at Falkirk Assisted Living Facility"
My mom lived at Falkirk. We noticed many of her clothes, all clearly labelled, were missing. There was a special quilt my sister made for her, decorated with gingerbread men- it was gorgeous and over twenty years old. It disappeared too. We attempted to retrieve her mattress cover for her new home, but the one on her bed was a cheap, low-quality replacement. They promised us activities but there were none. We hated seeing mom confined to a lazy-boy table staring blankly at a television. Our breaking point came when we moved her out of Falkirk. Our brother took mom to dinner as we loaded her things. At the restaurant, it was clear her adult diaper hadn't been changed before she left Falkirk, or all day at the least, making a mess in her pants and the seat she sat upon. This was horribly uncomfortable for her. I'm generally not one to write reviews, but I must warn against letting your loved ones live here, despite their convincing facade.

"Great tour, friendly guide, clean and well-kept facility"
I had a great tour of Falkirk Assisted Living. The guide was friendly and gave lots of useful information. The place was clean and looked well taken care of. Overall, it was a really good experience.

"Quiet and Clean Home in New Neighborhood"
The assisted living facility is very nice and clean. It's located in a new subdivision. When I visited at 3:00 p.m., all the residents were asleep in their chairs in the living room. They seemed well taken care of, but there wasn't much interaction happening.
