Overall, I would recommend it. Similar challenges to other places I've been. Front office and nursing staff are supportive. The head nurse's assistant keeps me updated about my parents.

"Great experience, smooth transition, clean facility, and helpful staff"
We've had a great experience at Avalon of Bloomfield. I highly recommend them. The transition for my mom was smooth and easy. The facility is small, which is a big plus for us. The meals are really good; my mom, who is a picky eater, hasn’t complained at all. They offer a lot of activities and outings. While my mom enjoys the outings, she doesn’t join many activities because they’re not her thing. The staff is very helpful, and the place is always clean. I would definitely recommend them!
