"Small, One-Story Assisted Living with Communication Challenges"
We chose Genesis because it’s close to where I live. The staff’s English isn’t great, so sometimes things get misunderstood. Our room was tiny—barely big enough for a twin bed. Overall, I’d recommend it for those seeking a smaller community; it’s a one-story home.

"Great location, homelike environment, and regular updates. Highly recommend!"
We picked Genesis because it’s in a good spot and the place itself is nice. The size is just right for the number of people living there. It feels more like a home than an institution, so she settled in well. They keep us updated with videos of her doing things like exercising. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking.

"Decent Facility with Adequate Services for $3300/month"
I visited Ferdinand on August 31st. It costs about $3300 a month. The place is adequate and has enough space.
