The staff at IV Midland are really kind. The director, hospice, activity, and maintenance teams are all caring. The head chef is also excellent. Fabulous staff overall.

My mother-in-law has lived here for nearly three years. We’re amazed by the caring staff and creative activities that foster a sense of community. Color tours, Christmas lights, and ice cream outings are highlights.

"Great experience with Independence Village – beautiful setting and helpful staff"
We've had a great experience with Independence Village so far. I checked out two places and picked this one because the setting is nice, the landscaping is beautiful, and the facility is well-designed. The assisted living area has a small garden, and the independent living section has a big garden and outdoor space. Everyone on the staff has been really nice, and the activities director goes above and beyond to keep the residents busy. I'd recommend this place to others.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, it's pretty nice – the place is clean, the staff is caring, and they take good care of family members. The activity director, , is awesome! But the executive director isn't great at handling complaints – instead of being concerned and willing to resolve issues, they deny them right away. Residents deserve respect in their home. Also, the food needs improvement – it seems like they focus more on the independent living facility. Assisted living often gets leftovers served for several days in a row.
