"Clean, friendly, and great care for Alzheimer's patients"
My mom moved in on June 22, 2014. She has Alzheimer's and is doing great. So far, we have no problems. The place is clean, and she seems happy. Everyone is friendly.

My mom moved in on June 22, 2014. She has Alzheimer's and is doing very well. So far, we haven’t had any problems. The place is kept clean, and she seems to be doing well there. Everyone is friendly.

"Nice Location, But Pricey and Owner Not Impressive"
The house is nice and near my place, but there's no place for visits, the dining area is tiny, and it is costly. Additionally, I am not too thrilled with the person running it.
