"Fantastic Assisted Living Facility with Great Care and Friendly Staff"

From the moment we walked in, the PR person was amazing. He was friendly and never pushy, and if he didn’t know something, he would find someone who did. I can’t go there without everyone saying “Hi, how are you?” and asking about my loved one. They are really welcoming. My loved one doesn’t usually reach out on her own, but once you get her talking, she joins in a lot. They’ve done a great job bringing her out of her shell. She loves playing bingo every day, and they even have paper money you can use to buy things in the store. The activities and the friendly atmosphere have made me feel so much better. Choosing a place like this was tough, but they’ve made it easier. You can take your loved one out on trips whenever you want. At first, they required a negative Covid test to visit, but now they just check temperatures. They seem really caring and careful. I like that there’s a choice between a studio and a 1-bedroom apartment. My loved one has a 1-bedroom, which feels like a little home to her. Many places just have a bedroom with a bed, but here she has a whole apartment with a full-sized fridge, and I could fit all her living room furniture in the living room. The bedroom is the same size as the living room, and the bathroom and shower are big. The whole apartment is huge. There are different levels of care available, and as the care needs increase and the cost goes up, you can downsize to a studio if needed to save money. It’s good to know that’s an option. They’re also pet-friendly and help with pet care, including giving my loved one’s pet its medication. That was a big deciding factor for us. My loved one’s pet is very important to her, and they make sure it gets the care it needs. They help her with showering and offer extra help if needed. I’ve never picked her up and noticed any bad smells. The nurse is great at answering my questions and helping me with medical stuff. They call her if they have any questions or needs, which makes me feel good about her care. I still take her to her doctor’s appointments, but they offer transportation if needed. They welcome people with memory issues as long as they’re not a flight risk, even though it’s mainly assisted living. They come and get my loved one for meals and guide her there. She says everyone is really nice to her, and that makes her feel safe and cared for. I never feel like the care changes when I leave. The executive director and the nurse are always available and tell me I can text or call if I need anything. It was hard for me to trust, but they’ve always been good about being there and accommodating.

"Caring Staff Became Family for My Mom"

I have to say, I have never seen a more caring staff and facility. My mom spent 2 years here, and everyone became her family. She was so loved by the staff, and she loved them back. Even in her last days, they kept coming in to talk to her, and their tears showed how much she meant to them. With heartfelt thanks to you all.

"Masonville: Spacious, Clean, and Bright Assisted Living"

We’re looking for the perfect place for my mom. After visiting 8 facilities, Masonville stands out. Pros: spacious apartments, cleanliness, and cheerful ambiance. Cons: location and outdoor upkeep.

"Top Choice"

We're looking for the best spot for my mom. We've checked out 8 places and talked to a bunch more. Masonville is definitely the fanciest one we've seen. Good stuff includes big apartments, how clean it is, and how sunny and pretty it looks. Not so great things are where it's situated, how the outside looks, and the plants are kinda sad.
