"Country Setting Assisted Living with Small Common Areas"

The owner/operator is friendly. The dining and living area is tiny. The house is clean and tidy, but it's far away in the countryside on a bumpy road, which isn't handy for us. It's too lonely for us, but it'd suit someone who enjoys the countryside. Right now, they don't have any openings.
