"Needs improvement in security and cleanliness."
It seemed nice, but not secure for wanderers. Outside needs cleaning.

"Older Assisted Living with Dated Decor but Clean and Welcoming"
We walked into the place and heard laughter! It felt really nice. This is an old house with old-fashioned decorations, but it's clean and doesn't smell bad. The people who live here share two bathrooms. The owner, Louann, was kind and friendly. The property has big grounds and is in a regular neighborhood in the countryside, which is nice. There's no fence or fancy garden area. It's just too small for my dad.
