"Disappointing Experience at New Hope Valley Assisted Living Facility"
New Hope Valley didn't meet our hopes. Food was gross. Care was lacking. Aids didn't treat mom well. They faked records. Cleanliness was neglected. Room and facility were okay, but care matters most.
