"Lackluster Staff and Limited Fresh Food at Assisted Living Facility"
As soon as I entered, I wasn't greeted by anyone. I noticed a staff member on the phone with the owner, who was yelling, so I started looking for someone else to talk to. With only one staff member on duty, I became quite concerned. The appointment which I had arranged was forgotten. The tour given by the staff member was rushed since she was in the middle of her duties. I was allowed to explore on my own and ask any questions I had. Dinner time came and they were preparing frozen food. Residents were sitting around watching TV. The building was not filthy but it wasn't very clean either. I didn't see any social activities or event schedules posted. They operate on a 4-week rotational menu. The staff shown me the contents of the pantry and their menu, mostly composed of frozen and boxed food. If you prefer fresh food, do not consider coming here. I was informed they aren't permitted to make significant changes to the meals, nor provide extra portions. Family members have to supply extra servings. The rooms varied, which I found interesting. One room was even done in pink which I thought was over the top. Nobody bothered to call back for a rescheduled visit.

"Small, Crowded Facility with Less Appealing Menu"
We visited this place and noticed it wasn’t as tidy as the one we picked. The food choices didn’t seem as good compared to the other place. This spot is pretty tight and felt too packed with people.

"Great care and kind staff make it a welcoming place."
The staff here are really nice and take great care of everyone. The place feels welcoming, and I'm very pleased with the care my mom is getting.
