"Nice place, but not ideal for father-in-law's needs"

We checked out a few different group homes, and while this one was nice and the people were friendly, it wasn’t the best fit for my father-in-law. The house had too many stairs for him to manage. It did have a decent backyard with a nice deck, but my father-in-law needs more space to move around comfortably.
