"Great staff and care, but needs more activities and staff"
I really like the staff here. They care a lot about the residents. It would be better if there were more staff on each shift to give the residents the care they need. It’s a bit pricey, but I feel good knowing she’s being well taken care of. There isn’t a ton to do right now, but they try. They do have trouble finding enough staff sometimes. It’s a great place overall, but like many places, they’re always looking for more help.

"My loved one lives at Commonwealth Senior Living at New Baltimore and everything has been really good for her here. The staff are excellent, especially when they have enough of them. The place is always clean and everyone is friendly. The meals, care services, and what we pay for them are good. The staff listen well, are open to suggestions, and fix any problems quickly! They have activities every day that most of the residents can join in."

""Senior Home's Negligence and Deception Outrageously Costly""
Do not trust this place! They reel you in with smiles and promises, then flip the script. During our tour, we heard three different stories from three different people. They neglected to give us a signed contract showing the complete price, only for us to learn that it had increased by a huge amount in less than a month. They fail to give you all the critical info until after you move in. Furthermore, they don't handle medications properly. The staff even had the nerve to lie to Adult Protective Services. For a floor with only four residents, this level of mismanagement is ridiculous. Sadly, my mom was only there for three months before she fell. They placed her back in bed despite her obvious pain, making her wait until the next day for help. To top it off, the nurse concocted tales for Adult Protective Services. It's truly tragic what our senior citizens have to endure when you're shelling out big bucks for their care.

"Smooth Transition at Prestige Commons"
When we had to decide on a place for my mom, it was tough. But the staff at the facility has been amazing. They help her with meals, encourage her to socialize, and make everyday tasks easier. Mom even made friends with other residents. Prestige Commons made our decision easier.

"Great care, clean and comfortable my parents are happy here"
Both of my parents live here together. The staff works hard to make them feel at home. Molly keeps everything clean and it doesn't smell like many senior homes. The staff is really nice to my mom, who has dementia, and helps her while my dad is out. The food is pretty good. They’ve been at Prestige for over a year now, and they seem happy.

"Clean, Friendly Facility Glad I Stopped By for a Tour"
I visited this assisted living facility for a tour. I live nearby and often drive by, so I wanted to see what it was like, even though I don’t have anyone to move in. The place was clean and bright, and everyone was very friendly. I’m happy I got to check it out.

"Great Care and Support at This Wonderful Facility for Mom"
I’m really glad we found the perfect place for Mom! The staff here is amazing and very patient. Since Mom has mental and physical health issues, she can be hard to handle. But the caregivers at Prestige Commons are very supportive and truly care about improving her life. I can honestly say she’s happy there. The place itself is nice and well-kept.

"Missed Visit Due to Funeral, Pricy for Needs"
My appointment got canceled 'cause a worker had to go to a funeral. I get it, but it's a bummer no one else could give me a tour. She called later to check up, and she was super nice, but the place costs too much for what my mom needs. If I had visited, I might have rated it higher.

This place was super nice and tidy. The people working there were really nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions. They had lots of stuff to do there. We wanted to stay, but they didn't have any space at the time.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean and Friendly, but Needs More Staff"
This place is nice and clean, and most of the staff are friendly. When you walk in, there's no bad smell. The person who plans activities is good. But, there aren't enough people working in the part of the facility for people with memory problems. I've noticed many new people starting and then leaving, and the new ones don't know what to do. I think the staff should spend more time in one area before going to another. I think there should be more staff who are trained well and have a boss for each time of day. It's strange to watch the residents getting their medicine.

We visited this place while searching for a home for my mom. Everyone was friendly, but we didn't like the institutional feel. Plus, it cost more than other nearby communities.

"Great Facility, But Some Issues with Food and Temperature"
The facility is beautiful, and the activity rooms are very nice. They offer a lot of activities for the residents. However, my mom and I didn't realize the food isn't restaurant-style or home-cooked. The facility uses Gordon Food Services for their meals. Some meals are okay, but some aren't. A couple of times, they didn't have milk for breakfast and dinner, which I think is unacceptable. My mom has also had trouble with the temperature in her small studio apartment. It's usually very warm. There are no individual thermostats in the rooms, just a warm and cold knob that doesn't seem to work well. If this keeps being a problem, I've told her to talk to the office, and hopefully, they can fix it.

The place was nice and tidy, but it seemed pretty quiet during my visit. I didn't spot any men living there, and I worried my folks might feel lonely or bored. It was around 4 pm, just before dinner, so maybe folks were resting then?

We visited this place while searching for care for our family member. It's a nice place, and everyone was really friendly. We liked the care they provide, especially for the price. It's a good deal for what you get.

"Nice Assisted Living with a Garden Area"
This place was really nice. Everything looked new and pleasant. The facility was clean, and the rooms were great. The only issue was that people had to stay on the second floor because the first floor was for those who needed constant help. They do have a garden area for walks when the weather is nice.
