"Caring Community with Kind Staff and Comfortable Atmosphere"
We chose this community because of the lovely entrance, friendly staff, and rooms that Mom likes. It's close to our house, and we feel at home there. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. I'm reassured that Mom receives good care, especially when I can't visit.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They cleaned my mom's apartment every week and changed her bedding. They brought her food in the evening. Although they had activities, she didn't participate in many. They offered a church service via video. Unfortunately, there was a norovirus outbreak, and the food preparation suffered due to staff changes. Cleanliness around food was a concern, which may have contributed to the virus lingering. Staff turnover was high, and the business office had billing issues.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"
Before Mom moved in, everything seemed perfect. It sounded like the right place for her. But after she moved, things weren't as good as we expected. They didn't have enough staff to give her the care she needed. We chose memory care so she could get one-on-one help with eating and staying clean. Sadly, Mom only lived a week and a half after moving in.

"Inconsistent Care and Staffing Impact Assisted Living Experience"
This place is pretty good if your family member can do most things on their own. But if they need more help, like if they're in a wheelchair or need help with beds, there's not enough staff. Sometimes, when I ask questions or bring up concerns, it depends on who I talk to. Some are helpful, but others seem like they don't care much. They've also had a lot of turnover with chefs, so the food hasn't been great lately.

"Mismanaged Facility Sparks Fear and Dissatisfaction in Residency"
My husband resided in this facility. Many components were commendable. He enjoyed the meals provided and found some staff members helpful. However, the night-time employees were not friendly. He felt fearful around them. I suggested he avoid asking for assistance at night, though occasionally, it was necessary. When he reported issues, I relayed these concerns to the director. Rather than addressing the problem, she stood up for her ill-natured staff which led to further issues for my husband. She unjustly accused both of us of fabricating these problems. This led us to the decision of relocating him. For us, fabricating stories held no advantage. We invested a significant amount to secure a spot in their facility as it is located conveniently close to us and my husband requires support. It's clear that these ill-behaved employees were concealing their actions from the director to secure their employment. If you care for your relative's well being, I strongly advise against housing them here.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place isn't great for younger dementia patients. Staff lacks dementia-specific training, making communication difficult. Costs need clarification. Front desk staff are nice, but evening staff aren't friendly. One shift manager is nice. The chef is friendly, but food isn't great. Limited ethnic options. Understaffed during Covid, leading to resident discomfort and odor issues.

"Poor management and service, multiple turnovers, and delayed medication refills."
This place is absolutely not worth it. My Mother in Law's been stationed here for the past year and there's something strange going on with how often the person in charge changes - I swear it's a new face every few months. It's not just the directors either, the caregivers are constantly changing. The food used to be fantastic, but then they changed the chef. And not once, but multiple times. Furthermore, she's missing her prescribed medications because they fail to order refills in a timely manner. Honestly, don't even consider this place, just keep looking...

"Disappointing First Experience at Provision Living Assisted Facility"
I visited my grandma and had a hard time finding her because the staff were really unfriendly. It felt as if they were too caught up in their own business to help me. It's my first time at Provision Living since coming from college, so it wasn't a great first impression. I heard some girls gossiping about other staff- they should be focusing on their work instead of chatting, in my view. I'm in my final year of nursing school, so maybe I'm just expecting too much, but I really want the best for my grandmother. The actual building was nice and has a lot of potential, they just need to work on their customer service skills. I also saw some employees eating at the front desk which seems unprofessional to me. It hasn't left me with a great first impression, but I'll be in town for a month, so I'll see if things get better.
