""Over-Dramatic and Underpaid: Poor Care for Loved Ones""
There's just too much drama here, and employees aren't paid enough. Also, it seems like certain staff members are treated better than others. Honestly, it's not a good place to put your loved ones. The management is always caught up in some fuss, so the folks living here don't get the attention and care they need.

"Bad food, Money Driven: Avoid This Assisted Living Facility"
Don't get tricked by the 4.5 stars...the manager, who is the son of the owner, is all about controlling everything and the whole spiel about how much they care about the residents is a total lie. Their only focus is MONEY, and only MONEY! If you're cool with being hungry all the time, this is the place...Their food is so bad that I have to force myself to eat it...it is the poorest excuse for cooking I've ever seen. They've got three cooks who don't have any cooking experience at all. Employees come and go quickly...this is a good place to work if you don't have any principles. Elderly folks, don't waste your time with this place. The facility might look nice on the surface, but don't be deceived by its appearance.

"Top Assisted Living in Livingston County with Room for Improvement"
This is definitely the best assisted living place in Livingston County. It’s fairly new, so they’re still sorting out a few things, mainly with staff turnover, but let’s be honest—this job is really tough and exhausting. I can say for sure that my mom got great care at QC. The director is very involved and takes on many roles. The food is well planned, and the place is clean and nice. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because I wish they had more caregivers, though I know that’s a hard thing to manage. Also, the staff is good at working with the families of the residents.
