""Subpar Facility Needs Upgrades and Respectful Staff""
I wouldn't suggest it. It desperately needs a lot of improvements. I noticed the carpet being held together with tape, and it was extremely unclean. There were planks missing from the handicap ramp. I also overheard the staff chitchatting and voicing complaints about each other. The staff were even discussing residents.

"I Love the Staff and the Care Here!"
When I stepped into Redwood Manor, the aroma of something delicious cooking enveloped me, instantly transporting me to my grandmother’s home at mealtime. Miss Faye and Miss Dee greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. I chatted with other residents who shared their love for the staff and the compassionate treatment they receive here. While Redwood Manor might not boast the latest gadgets like big corporate facilities, it’s the caring staff that truly makes residents feel like family.

"Comfortable and welcoming assisted living, perfect for my uncle."
When we got there, it felt like being with family. My uncle felt comfortable quickly. The place is clean and has lots of space. I like that they have an enclosed deck so residents can go outside anytime. Having his own room was important to my uncle.

"Caring but dated assisted living; fixed price regardless of services."
The place seemed a bit old and worn out. The cost matched what we expected based on what our eldercare advisor told us. The staff seemed very nice and attentive. They charge the same price no matter what services you use, which is good if you don't need a lot of extras.
