"Nice home, but need to check wheelchair access before deciding"
The home is nice and I liked the owner. It fits our budget and seems like a good choice. I need to check if there’s wheelchair access, as that’s very important. I’m definitely considering a group home for my cousin.

"I visited for a family member"
Came to this home for a family member. It is definitely somewhere that I can see my relative living. It is a clean home, and it provides everything that my relative needs. It is a home where your family member feels like they're at their own. There are home cooked meals everyday. Family members can sit in the living room and socialize. The residents are free to do whatever they feel like. There is no confinement to a room. An amazing place. A nice and hands on owner. It may be a business, but all of the residents are like family to her. This is what I thought was the best part. We considered it as our first choice, however it was too far out for us. This place is recommended. Both myself and my relative loved it. The home cooked meals and the feeling that your relatives are in the hands of someone who really cares really helps, and the fact that the staff goes the extra mile to make sure they are okay and safe is amazing.

"General review of Sasse AFC"
This home is well oriented towards those who need a place like home. The owner treats the residents like his own family. The elderly felt secure in her care. The pricing is lower than most other home of the kind. A good job has been done on this home.

"Depressing living facility with chained refrigerator"
This place is really glum and upsetting. The people living here just seem to sit around, either watching television or uncomfortably looking at each other throughout the day. Plus, they've got a padlock and chain on the fridge.

"Caring and Comfortable Assisted Living - Ypsilanti, MI"
The place feels like a real home, with tasty group meals and clean, comfy rooms. The people who run it are nice, caring, and really look out for everyone. They were super understanding about some special needs my relative has, like not being able to handle strong smells or certain foods. They even took him shopping for stuff he could have! The only issue we've had is that my relative isn't always easy to motivate. But the staff are patient and helpful, and we've felt really welcome whenever we've visited or needed to make changes to our plans. I hope this review helps others who are looking for this kind of place.

"Feels Like Home"
I think my dad will love Sasse's. It felt like home. The owner was super nice and professional. I believe this will be a great place for my dad. I like that it felt like a home instead of a nursing facility, which can sometimes feel more like a hospital.

"Lovely place but not wheelchair-accessible, lacks mental engagement."
Looks nice, but isn't accessible to wheelchairs. No mental activities.
