"Tour Guide Only Seen, Unpleasant Smell, Poor Reputation"
On our tour, we only met the person who guided us. We didn't see any residents. The place also smelled a bit stale. With everything we’ve heard about COVID and the staff, we quickly left.

"Inadequate Care and Lack of Activities at St. Elizabeth's Briarbank"
This place took my mom, fully aware that she has dementia, and didn't provide good care for her at all - twice, she ended up in the parking lot. Plus, there are no activities for residents; it seems like all they want is for folks to sit and stare at the TV all day. Someone from the state of Michigan really needs to check out what's going on at St. Elizabeth's Briarbank.

"Assisted Living Review: Affordable and Informative, Needs Comparison"
The managing director was really nice and told us a lot. The costs are better than anywhere else we've checked out. We're not ruling it out yet, but we want to see some other places too.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
I wanted to visit this community, but they don’t accept non-ambulatory residents. Staff answered my questions well.
