"Good staff effort but follow-up needs improvement."
What we like most about StoryPoint Rockford is that the staff really tries their best to work with us on most things. However, their follow-up could be better. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

"Highly Caring Assisted Living: A Trusted Choice for Families"
My father-in-law started in memory care, the most expensive option. Over time, they suggested a lower level of care, which reduced costs. This showed they cared about him, not just money, earning our trust. Now in secured care, he's much happier. They keep us updated and even protected him from an online scam. Their transportation to the VA was a huge plus. We're very pleased with StoryPoint; they've been a blessing.
