"Great Staff and Yummy Food!"
The staff here are amazing! They’re super friendly and always ready to help. Moving in was a breeze. If you’re local, I recommend using their recommended movers—they know the building inside out. The food is delicious too. The chef even added my mom’s favorite dish to the menu after she moved in. My only suggestion is better communication with family members. Sometimes I have to reach out to find out about issues, especially when someone refuses services like house cleaning or bathing assistance. Overall, I’d recommend this place to others.

"New and friendly, but feels like a large hotel"
**Review:** Our family visited StoryPoint Saline in person, and it was pretty new, which was nice. The newness was appealing, and the staff was really friendly. However, it did feel a bit like a big hotel, and we worried that my dad might get lost easily. **Headline:**

"Great Setup and Care, But Meals Need Improvement"
StoryPoint Saline is much better than our loved one's last place. We love how the community is set up, with her room in a circle around a common area. They check on her care often, and since she's getting better, our monthly cost went down. We like the physical and occupational therapy available in-house, which helped her walk on her own. The meals could be better, though. What we saw during the tour isn't what she gets now.

"Improved staffing and service; recommend to friends and family."
The facility was kinda short on staff when we brought my loved one here. But things have gotten better in the last month or so, which is great. I think it's a good place and would tell my friends and family about it.
