"Avoid Superior Woods: Unsanitary Conditions, Rude Staff, Neglected Resident Needs"
My relative is currently hosted at Superior Woods for rehab. The cleanliness of this facility leaves much to be desired. The upholstery on room chairs is dirty and the walls and floors too are not kept clean. There's a constant unpleasant smell. The food served is not appetizing at all, with its horrible appearance and smell. On Sunday, they neglected to provide water to residents despite repeated requests made by my relative. Furthermore, they denied her pain relief medication after a hip surgery. Despite my several attempts at contacting them, I've received no response. To add insult to injury, many staff members are quite rude and unhelpful. I would urge anyone considering this facility for their loved ones to reconsider. It's just not a decent place.

"Shocking Conditions, Indifferent Management at Assisted Living Home"
Don't be tricked by the past reviews. Today, I was there and pulled my mom out only after a mere 48 hours. The terrible care and awful conditions are shocking, they need to be closed. The Health Department will definitely hear about this. I even met with the folks in charge, and their nonchalant attitude and disregard for their patients is frightening. Steer clear of this facility!

""Horrible Care and Conditions; Stay Away!""
Do not be misled by past reviews. I went there just today and had to take my mom away after only 2 days. It's absolutely terrible there, the care is nowhere to be found and their conditions are downright awful. They need to be closed and I am going to contact the Health Department. I also had a meeting with the people in charge, and their nonchalant behavior and lack of caring for the residents should worry everyone. Stay away from this joint!

"More activities, clean community, some improvements needed, overall recommended."
The place got a new boss for activities, so there's gonna be more stuff to do. Right now, they got exercise classes every day and some other stuff too. It's real clean here, so I'd say it's a good spot. Food's not perfect, but they're trying to fix it.

"Friendly, clean assisted living with average food."
Our experience at Superior Woods was good. It's clean, staff is friendly, but weekend communication lacks. Food is average.

"Decent Assisted Living Facility: Clean, Caring, but Lacking Weekend Support"
Our time at Superior Woods was pretty good. It's a tidy, pleasant-looking spot, and I never caught any bad smells (which was a problem elsewhere). The staff was fantastic, and everyone there was nice and caring. They really went out of their way to help! They didn't have a way to reach someone on weekends to check in on your loved one's day, though. The food was okay. It's not super fancy, but they give friendly, good-quality care and a nice vibe.
