Bronson Place is a fantastic choice for older folks who like doing activities, playing games, meeting new friends, and going out on trips.

"Moving to Assisted Living Made a Difference"
He was happy when he lived independently and now in assisted living. His family thinks the move was best for him after his wife passed away. It made a real difference.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really nice both inside and outside. The staff didn't communicate well, though. There was a lot of confusion about what kind of care and services they offer. They also didn't explain the living options clearly. It was hard to understand what services came with the different levels of care. They charge extra for many things, which can get confusing. The meals were delicious, though. The aides were very kind and helpful. The building is hard to get around in, though. The people who try to get you to move in didn't seem to know enough about what kind of care you need. The company that runs the place is very disorganized.

"Mixed Reviews for Facilities and Care at Fountains"
The independent living area of Fountains is quite commendable. It features a lovely dining room and the food is delicious. It is pleasant, albeit it could benefit from more recreated activities. On the contrary, the Memory Care section severely lacks in physical infrastructure and an adequately trained staff to handle dementia patients. Individuals in the team do their best, but Fountains' management has largely ignored the needs of The Gardens, their memory care department. For over a month, they operated without an activity director and the newly appointed one seems to struggle with their job. The primary assembly area becomes unbearably hot during the summers. The dining room in The Gardens is welcoming and the staff dedicated, serving tasty food.

"Nice Assisted Living Community with Some Challenges"
Although this community didn’t quite suit my parents’ needs, I’d still recommend it because it’s a pleasant facility. The staff made an effort to help my parents adjust, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us. Overall, it’s a nice place with good cleanliness.

"Great community but too pricey for us."
This place was my parents' top pick. The staff were friendly, and the community was clean. However, it was too expensive for us.

"Avoid This Facility: Serious Neglect and Lack of Leadership"
They were constantly under-staffed, forcing us to check daily that medications were actually administered. We couldn't bear it after two weeks and had to remove our loved one from their care. Despite us paying for top-tier service, they never even bothered to provide her with showers. When we initially moved in, it took several days before the hot water was up and running. There was always confusion, with no one providing clear direction or leadership. It was an absolutely awful and distressing experience!

"Disappointing Care at The Fountains Assisted Living"
The place looks nice, and the food is good. But the workers who take care of us every day aren’t very good. They don’t follow directions and struggle with early dementia issues. Our complaints for better care have been ignored. We hoped for more compassion.

"Daily care is a big problem at this facility"
The place looks nice, and the food is good. But the people who take care of us every day at The Fountains are not very good. They don't follow instructions or know how to handle problems related to early dementia. We've asked for better care, but it seems like nobody listens. We thought they would treat us better, but we're disappointed.

"Too Expensive: Prioritize Good Care"
It costs too much. I don't want fancy buildings; I just want good care that's affordable.

"High Prices and Unwelcoming Interaction at Assisted Living Facility"
The costs were quite steep, and I never heard back from anybody. The method they used to charge for their care services didn't sit right with us. Not being able to reach anyone over the phone, I decided to visit the place. However, the warm, welcoming feeling I expected was missing. When I finally got to have a conversation with a woman there, she gave me the impression that I was bothering her.
