"Mixed experience at assisted living facility"
My dad didn't like leaving home, which affected our experience. The place was clean. They let us know if he had any health issues like falling, but they didn't call just to say he had a good day, which would have been nice. He only stayed there for 2 months before he passed away. He never really got used to being there.

"Great place, but location made us choose differently"
We really liked The Pines. It was a nice place, and everyone there was really friendly. We chose a different facility because of the location, but other than that, The Pines was a great option.

"Friendly Staff, Great Food, Limited Activities"
The staff here is friendly, but there was a medicine mix-up with my mom. The home-cooked food is excellent, and they maintain a clean community. My only concern is the lack of activities in the assisted living area—they only play bingo every afternoon. I’d recommend this community to someone seeking a quieter environment.

"Not a bad choice"
The staff here is pretty good, but there was a mix-up with my mom's medicine. The food they serve is home-cooked and really good. They keep the place clean. The only problem is that there aren't many activities in the assisted living area—just bingo every afternoon. Overall, I'd recommend this community to someone who isn't looking for a super active environment.
