"Great care and helpful staff at The Willows"
Very good. I’m happy with how my sister is treated. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend The Willows.

"Complex layout hinders navigation, not ideal for seniors"
The structure of this facility is puzzling, even for individuals with clear minds. My mom would definitely lose her way here.
