My cousin fell down the stairs when she stayed there. The hospital called me, not them. She passed away from the fall. They wouldn't let me talk to the person who was there when she fell. She was there for only one week.

She was very accommodating and helpful. The place was really clean, the staff seemed nice, and the seniors there looked well cared for. I'll probably put my brother here after he visits.

"Unprofessional Facility with Rising Fees Shows No Care for Residents"
We truly believe we were being tricked. They weren't keen on us letting the referral service know that we had picked them. They hiked up the fees three times in one year. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They didn't bother giving us billing alerts, which led to us being taken to court. I'd advise no one to choose that place. The woman there even told me directly she couldn't care less about my loved one.
