"Comfortable Stay, Needs Visual Upgrades"
It’s kind of like the Holiday Inn Express for older folks. I believe they did their best. The team was great, usually, but the place wasn’t too pretty. It could use some new paint and a bit of fixing up. The outside hangout spot especially needs a new coat and some smoothing. They were really there for us during a tough time, even more than the hospice crew. They made sure our family felt at ease.

"Family Distance Issue"
This place is nice, but it's too far from our family.

"Warm and Rural Feel, Great Staff, Optimal Care"
I found this home to be similar to Serenity Village, with a warm atmosphere and a slightly more rural setting than Serenity Village. It reminded me of my father-in-law's northern home, surrounded by open fields and wildlife. The layout of the buildings, including ample windows and outdoor spaces, suited him well. The staff were excellent, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. The facility was impeccably clean and well-staffed, with clear additions designed for the residents' optimal care. Thank you!

"Assisted Living: Small Rooms, Urine Smell, Not Ideal for Parents"
Rooms too cramped, place clean but smells of urine. Not for parents.

"A Cozy and Clean Community"
This place is cozy and clean. The staff and caregivers are super friendly. She gets excellent care, and there's always plenty of staff around to help the residents. There are lots of activities to join if she wants to. The meals are good and balanced. She feels at home and comfortable here and adjusted very quickly. She thinks her room is big, even though it's smaller than the one she had before. I would definitely recommend this community.

"Friendly staff and clean, but not the right fit"
We toured this community and didn't find anything wrong. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place seemed clean. However, we felt it wasn't the right fit for my sister-in-law.

"Clean, friendly staff, and great food—happy with our choice!"
This place is great. It’s very clean, and the food is wonderful. The supervisor is kind and professional—my mom really likes him. The staff is attentive and friendly. I'm not sure about the activities, but I’m sure there are some. My sister and I feel lucky to have found this place.

"Clean, Spacious, and Well-Maintained Community"
I gave this community a 4.5. The place was clean, and the rooms were spacious, including the bathrooms. I liked that everything was handicapped accessible, with walk-in showers. Overall, it was clean and well-maintained.

"Wadhams Valley is a perfect home for loved ones"
Wadhams Valley feels just like home. Our dad moved in two months ago, and we couldn't be happier. Jennifer is amazing; she really takes pride in her work and makes Wadhams Valley special. She’s always there for us and made our dad feel right at home. Her staff are very caring and loving. The food is fantastic—it's all homemade. They also have activities that are perfect for our dad’s needs with his dementia. We recently attended a family gathering at Wadhams Valley, and it was wonderful! Jennifer did an incredible job, but if you know her, it’s no surprise. Choosing Wadhams Valley was the best decision we could have made for our dad. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a real home for your loved one.

"Assisted Living Review"
It was really clean and the people were nice. But it felt too much like a hospital, you know? It had that hospital vibe and it made me feel kinda distant. I don't think there was anything bad about it, it just didn't feel right for us."
