"Beautiful but Inadequate for Complex Medical Needs"
I picked this place because I wanted a safe home for my mom. She can be a handful because she’s dealing with dementia that started too soon and other mental health issues. After she had to stay in a hospital for mental health, they wouldn’t let her come back. The place is super clean and looks great. They were even okay with making food that didn’t have gluten or nuts for my mom! But when it came to handling a patient like my mom, who needed more than just help with dementia, they couldn’t do it. She has other mental health needs too. After she left the mental health hospital, they said she couldn’t come back. They told us they just couldn’t give her the care she needed. I really needed somewhere safe and secure for her while we figured out her health stuff. The people at Commonwealth tried, but they couldn’t give us the help we needed.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"
We chose this place 'cause they let dogs and fit our budget. The renovations seemed good, but I'm not happy. They're not good at communicating or keeping promises. They said they'd give us rides but didn't.

"Visiting Flexibility Key at Commonwealth Senior Living"
I suggest visiting at different times of day to observe activities and address concerns directly. Based on our experience, I recommend Commonwealth Senior Living at East Paris to others.

"Comfortable Assisted Living Experience"
I’ve been at Addington Place at East Paris for over a year. I live in building five, which is part of the assisted living area on campus. It’s cozy, and the staff is friendly. My room is comfortable.

"Made the move-in process simple and quick"
My brother just moved in, and it seems to be a good fit. I was new to all of this and felt overwhelmed, but they made the process easy and quick.
