""Poor Experience: Limited Food Service and Restrictions on Personal Items""

The nurses who gave the direct care were a blessing. However, overall, my experience was poor. It was run by someone who usually looked after hospice patients. If you were sleeping, you wouldn't be served food. I brought in drinks that my family member loved but they weren't allowed to have them.
