"Meals Often Cold, Menu Lacks Variety"
The menu here has way too much chicken and fish and doesn’t offer other choices that aren’t chicken or fish. The food usually comes out cold. I’m not exactly pleased with the meals they give us.

"Assisted Living Feels Like Home with Clear Monthly Costs"
If you prefer fancy décor, Gable Pines may not suit you. It felt like home for my parents. Once we had the care plan set up and if my mom had lived longer, it would have been a good fit. My father is healthy but found COVID rules challenging. Despite being outgoing, he could have made friends in time. Some places are fancier, but knowing our monthly care costs sealed the deal compared to others offering à la carte pricing.

"Beautiful facility, but we chose another due to availability."
We visited Gable Pines, and it was a lovely place. It was one of our top two choices, and choosing was tough. We picked another place only because Gable Pines didn’t have any openings then, and it was a bit farther away. The lady who gave us the tour was excellent; she stayed in touch often and was very organized.

"Positive Staff Support and Diverse Activities Enhance Assisted Living Experience"
The staff really tries to understand our loved one, who can be challenging. They offer diverse activities and encourage family involvement. Despite billing and medication challenges, they work well with us. Overall, it's been a positive experience.

"Positive Transition to Memory Care; Great Activities and Support"
We had a bit of a rough start, but my loved one settled in. At first, he needed assisted living, but quickly moved to memory care. Now, we're very happy. Overall, our experience has been good. It's new and challenging to navigate, but the memory care coordinator is amazing. The food is okay, and there are plenty of activities available. The price seems comparable to other places in the area.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place seemed nice, but it's not as big as others. The halls are long, which makes it hard for someone who has trouble walking. If you move to assisted living, you have to switch apartments, which is also true for your spouse.

"Concerning staff turnover and understaffing in elderly care facility"
My aunt stays here, but the staff and management are always changing. It's strange how they can't keep good people around. Just when we start feeling comfortable with someone, they disappear. The health and nursing department seems too short-staffed, it could even be against the rules. On the plus side, the residents are nice and there's always lots to do. But I don't think I'd want my loved ones here, mainly due to the shortage of healthcare staff.

"Hopefully things will improve soon"
My loved one is here now, and it's been an adjustment. There's a lot of staff changes happening, so I'm not fully happy with how things are going. I hope things get better once these changes are sorted out. The food is okay. The facility is really clean, and housekeeping comes by weekly to clean the room and do laundry. They offer different activities like Bible study, social hour, music, church, and some games. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. The price includes utilities, TV, cable, phone, and housekeeping. With everything going on right now, I wouldn't recommend them until things get straightened out.

"Mixed Feelings on Community Kitchen Flooring Raised Concerns"
I visited this place and had a good tour. The person who showed me around was nice and told me lots of helpful things. The community seemed nice overall. But, I got worried when I saw the kitchen in one of the rooms. The floor looked like it was made of paper, which made me uneasy. I didn't want to be responsible if something happened to it. Overall, it was okay, but I didn't feel like it was the right place for me.

"Too fancy for me"
The Galbe seemed too posh, with fancy chairs and decorations. Mostly for Assisted Living, some memory care.

"Great care, some surprises in fees, but overall wonderful experience"
This place is really nice to live in, and the people who work here are super caring. We really like the staff, who helps my Grandma every day, and [Removed], who serves her dinner. They're so kind to her, it makes us feel better knowing she's being taken care of so well. The food is really good too, and we're happy we can eat with Grandma whenever we want, just have to pay for our own meals. The nurses are really careful and pay attention to everything, which we appreciate. But, there were a few unexpected fees and costs that we didn't know about when we first talked to them. It ended up costing us more than we thought, but at least we know Grandma's safe and happy.

"Amazing Assisted Living with Great Amenities and Care!"
This is the best place for us. We have a nice apartment with a patio, and housekeeping comes every other week to clean. They have a beautiful theater that shows movies three times a week. There’s also a rooftop patio, a tool room, a craft room, a hairdresser, and they bring in entertainment once or twice a month. They offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this place.

This community is new. The folks are friendly, and they have daily activities. Plus, they allow pets. However, Mom didn’t feel ready to move in yet.
