"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I'd recommend the place, but there are some things to consider. Most caregivers were nice, and housekeeping was good. Communication was okay, but meals weren't balanced. They need a better dietitian.

They don't talk. No fun stuff. Bathrooms dirty. People bully others. Bad food. Family ignored.

"Overall Happy with Activities"
We have to keep a close eye on things. Employees don't take the initiative. They call us about things they should handle, even though we pay over $5000 a month. For instance, they said Mom needed cat food and litter, but when we arrived, the litter box was fine, and she had plenty of food and litter. Despite this, we're generally happy. The facility offers lots of activities, including exercises.

"Great Assisted Living Facility with Friendly Staff and Modern Amenities"
I’d recommend this place to other families. It’s a new facility, so everything is modern. They’ve got different rooms for dining and watching TV, plus an onsite salon. My mom loves getting her hair and nails done there. They even have a secure outdoor patio for memory care residents. The staff is great overall, although a couple of aides might be a bit rough around the edges. But that’s normal for a newer place.
