"Understaffing Issues Affect Care Quality at Assisted Living Facility"
The care services were rated 3 out of 5 due to frequent understaffing issues. More trained aides are needed; many were polite but inexperienced.

"Busy Place with Some Meal Challenges"
We like this place because it's nearby, even though it's a bit inconvenient. There's always something happening to keep our loved one busy. But sometimes the meals and dining service can be hit or miss because they don't have enough staff. Overall, they're on par with other communities in the area.
