"Caring staff made my husband's stay comfortable and loving"
I felt sad and worried the day my husband moved into the Kingsway Memory Unit, but the staff met us at the door, took his hand, and made me feel better about his admission. He seemed happy right away and never asked to leave. He had a beautiful room but spent most of his time in the common area because he loved being with the staff. The meals were good, and he enjoyed mealtime. The staff was very caring to all the residents and very polite to my family, friends, and me when we visited. I was immediately informed when he got sick, and the nurses took excellent care of him. The Kingsway staff and facility went above and beyond my expectations when he became very ill and passed away. They showed so much love and concern.
