"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Okay experience. My 97-year-old mom passed away two months after moving in. Staff turnover was noticeable, and care was just okay. We paid for a full month, but she only stayed seven days. When we requested a refund for the unused days, we were told another elderly person had moved into her room three days after we left. Pleasant people, but definitely understaffed.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hospice care was excellent, and the staff consistently kept me informed about any changes. I always felt that my loved one was safe there. Despite challenging conditions, all the staff remained positive and welcoming.

This community is okay, and the staff are doing their best to ensure residents feel comfortable and well cared for. Residents get three meals daily, and there are activities like singing, TV, and events for them to enjoy.

"Horrible Experience at Assisted Living Facility with Deceptive Charges"
My family had a really bad experience with this assisted living facility. I would not suggest it to anyone after what we went through. The people in charge kept telling me that they had enough workers, but whenever I visited, there were only two workers that I could see, including the cook. The care wasn't as good as they had promised. They didn't give my loved one their showers or medication for several days at a time. Once, two weeks went by without them changing my loved one's clothes or showering them. The facility didn't communicate with me about any issues they had with my loved one's care. In fact, they didn't even call me when my loved one was sent to the hospital - I found out from the hospital itself. Even though they said they would only charge me a certain amount, the bill came in and it was much more expensive than what they said it would be. The only good thing was that the nursing assistants did their best to help my loved one, and the Activities Director and Janitor were very nice to them.

We had a really great tour of Milestone Senior Living. The place was beautiful and looked very well kept. Everyone was super friendly.

"Adjusting to a New Environment"
My mom is doing pretty well overall. It took her some time to adjust, but she's accepting that this is where she needs to be. There haven't been any major issues, although I wish the staff had let me know when she was sick so I could take her to a doctor. She enjoys her meals and tries a few activities—they offer a lot to do every day. Housekeeping seems to be going smoothly.

"Going Smoothly at Milestone Senior Living"
Everything is going smoothly at Milestone Senior Living Apartments and Memory. They offer plenty of activities to keep her busy if she decides to participate. I don't have any complaints about this facility. Things are positive here.

"Quiet, spacious apartment with dual bathrooms; concerns about transportation."
I really enjoyed living here because it's away from the busy town. The room was great, especially with two bathrooms in a two-bedroom apartment. I wished they had better transportation options because I want my parents to stop driving. But I absolutely loved the memory care idea. They invited us for a hot dog picnic on Sunday afternoon, but I'm not sure if my parents can attend.

I went on two tours with different staff members, and I was impressed both times. The staff seemed confident and competent, and the residents looked happy, calm, and well taken care of. The building is in a nice rural area that looks serene and beautiful in all seasons.

"Similar to Keystone, but smaller and less activities."
This place was really nice. Me and my sister both thought so. It's kinda like Keystone. It didn't have as many activities and it seemed smaller, but that's not always a bad thing.
