"“Transitioning Facility Offers Great Value”"
This place is changing. It has new owners and all that. I’ve worked as a CNA in similar facilities, and I used to think it was terrible—wouldn’t even take my dog there. But now, after checking it out several times, I’d say it’s the best value.

"Gloomy, Unkept Assisted Living Facility in a Basement"
The assisted living facility was located in a basement, making it seem like a gloomy dungeon. The apartments inside were dirty, and I couldn't tell if it was because someone just left them that way. Not a single soul was in the hallways or any other common areas. Furthermore, there was absolutely no decor, giving it the charmless appearance of an outdated hospital corridor.
