"Avoid This Assisted Living Facility"
The communication problem is really bad. We've caught them lying about services they were supposed to do for us. And get this: the bill has been wrong 11 out of 12 months because they keep charging us the wrong rates. Based on our experience, we wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

"Hard to Contact Staff, but Brother Enjoys the Facility"
My brother enjoys living at this place and he’s content. However, it’s really tough to get a hold of someone on the phone or by email. Even when I visit, I can’t find anyone. It’s a challenge to communicate with the staff, and I don’t try to contact them too much. This is what worries me the most.

"Friendly Staff, Communication Challenge"
They're a bit short-staffed (like everyone these days), but the friendly team tries hard. Some staff have strong accents, making it tough for my loved one to understand. Even with hearing aids, communication can be tricky. Not just a New Perspective issue—it's common among older generations. Still, kudos to , the excellent Executive Director!

"Small, clean facility with friendly staff, but not updated"
I visited this place and it was alright. The staff was nice and it was clean. But it felt small and old. My loved one wasn't too impressed, so we're checking out other places.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place isn't great for folks with complex needs. Otherwise, it's a nice community. We wished they'd been more upfront about our loved one's condition, instead of waiting for something bad to occur. During the pandemic, they did well in encouraging residents to connect with their families, sending weekly emails. However, they fell short in giving detailed updates.

"Good staff, poor activities, understaffed, safety issue."
I think it is a good place. My dad got pushed down by another resident and broke his arm, so we had to move him to a new place. The staff is caring. I wasn't impressed by the activities. I feel like they were often short on staff.

"New Perspective Senior Living review"
A nice place. The 2 bedroom we saw in assisted living may not be available when we need to move in.

"Cozy, Friendly Assisted Living with Spacious Rooms"
The building is small and doesn't have a fancy entrance. The rooms are clean but a bit old (they're working on updates). When you walk in, it feels cozy with residents chatting on couches. The staff is super friendly. There aren't many big common areas, but the private rooms are spacious, with a mini-fridge, sink, and a bathroom with a handicap shower. Overall, the residents seem happy and well-cared-for.

"Not Our Vibe"
The place was okay. It just didn't feel like what we wanted.

"Too Big for Comfort"
The community is nice, but it felt too large for us due to the number of residents.

"Friendly, Flexible Tour with Charming, Convenient Facility"
During the tour, was friendly and accommodating. She adjusted the schedule when my appointments ran late. The facility is charming and conveniently situated.

"Lovely, but too expensive"
The housing is beautiful and the staff is nice. The cost seems like most memory care places. Sadly, I think we can't afford it for more than two years if Dad passes away soon.

"Friendly staff makes transition easy"
I am really impressed with everything this place does for my Mom. Every time I visit, she is always busy with something fun. They have lots of activities like making s'mores by the bonfire, doing hair and nails, cooking together, and many other things to keep her mind active. The staff is what makes this place special. They are very friendly and always let me know what's happening. They really care and have made this change for my Mom much easier. The people here make all the difference. I would recommend this community.

"Friendly Staff, but Community Too Dark and Memory Care Lacked"
We visited this community, but it felt too dark inside. The place was small and could have been a good fit. However, we didn’t like the memory care unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave us great advice and even followed up with a call, which was really nice.

"Friendly Staff, But Memory Care Unit Wasn't Right For Us"
We visited this community, and it was a bit dark. It was small and might have worked well, but we didn’t like the memory care unit. The staff was friendly and helpful. She gave us good advice and even followed up with us, which was nice.

"Not the Right Fit: Dirty Decor"
The person who showed us around during the tour seemed fake. They did have a good deal going on when we visited, but the toilet in the apartment they showed us was dirty. The yellow chairs near the entrance were visibly dirty too. I'm not sure about the housekeeping staff. Overall, I didn't think this place was right for my loved one.

"Great Tour, Friendly Staff"
I went to check out New Perspective Senior Living and it was pretty good. The big shared spots weren't super fancy, but the individual apartments were cool. The person who showed me around knew a lot and was really nice.

"Everything Included in Rent! Great Deal"
The thing I like most about this place is how all the amenities are included in the rent. The total cost may seem high at first, but when you realize you don’t have to pay extra for anything, it’s really a great deal. They also provide three meals a day, with a big lunch and a smaller dinner before bed. My loved one hasn’t had many complaints, except that the food tastes a bit bland.

"Mealtime Improvements Needed"
This place is okay, but the food needs work. Sometimes it's not even hot when they bring it out. We could really use a better chef to make tastier meals and keep an eye on the kitchen staff. People here are nice and willing to help, but they're not always quick to respond when we need something. Some parts of the place could use a makeover, too. On the bright side, the activity director is awesome!

"Great Place for Seniors with Caring Staff and Clean Facilities"
My husband is doing well here. The place is clean, though I've had some minor worries. The staff is amazing, and they take good care of him. He's trying new activities, which is great. The food is okay, but balanced. I'd suggest this community.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
This place is alright, but it has had some problems. The staff is friendly, and there are a couple of really great med techs. Sometimes, they take longer than they say to respond, even though they promise 10-15 minutes. We didn't get a proper orientation, so it's hard to know what we're supposed to do.

"Keystone Living in Eagan is welcoming and helpful"
My mom moved to Keystone Living in Eagan to be close to me, and we couldn't be happier. Her apartment is nice with a good-sized kitchen and living room, but what she loves most is having a washer and dryer in her unit. The Keystone staff have been super helpful from the first tour to the move and getting her settled in. Her neighbor showed her around on the first day and invited her to activities. Overall, it's been great!

"Washer and Dryer in Each Room"
Each room has a washer and dryer. They accept electronic payments after 18 months. The common areas are quite dark.

"Decent Services with Hidden Expenses"
This place is pretty decent, but it's hard to judge since we haven't tried others. It's better than most in terms of what you get for the price, but they all seem kind of sneaky. They say "everything included," but that's not really true. You end up paying a lot extra for things they didn't mention. It seems like all these places do the same thing, and it's not good. My folks live in the independent living section, and they really like the food and stuff like that. They don't have to clean or do laundry, and they get three meals every day. There's stuff to do, like exercise, trivia, outings, talks about history, and movies. These are nice activities, but the staff doesn't do much to encourage them to join in.

"No Central Air at Assisted Living - Pleasant Otherwise"
I didn't really like that they only had room air, not central air. Also, the balcony needed a step to go outside. The room was nice, with a good view, but central air conditioning would've been better.
