"Declining Quality"
At first, New Perspective was great for my parents. But things have changed. I've talked to staff about mistakes with medications, lack of follow-up, and not enough workers. My mom in the memory care unit has been ignored, and her health has suffered. I can't recommend this place anymore. My parents want to move somewhere else soon. New Perspectives pays their staff very little, and there are always shortages.

"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living Experience"
New Perspective is a lovely, spotless place in a super convenient spot. Everyone—staff and residents alike—was so friendly, making our whole family feel right at home. The only hiccup was the care rating, but that wasn’t their fault. Unfortunately, my mom’s condition worsened rapidly, and they couldn’t provide the level of care she needed.

"Negligent Facility Causes Mom's Serious Injury, Ignores Her Diet"
Absolutely appalled with the memory care at this facility. They constantly disregarded mom's meal plan causing her belly trouble. And the food was always cold, tasted terrible and arrived late. I never saw my mom interacting with others - she was always isolated in her room. We rarely heard from the staff unless we reached out first. The worst part was when another resident, who should've been watched over closely, fell onto my mom. This caused a major head injury as she hit her head on the floor, leaving her in a pool of blood. She was in the hospital for a week and not a single person from New Perspectives checked on her. Now, she's wheelchair-bound and needing more care. Her brain ain't the same after the accident. We had to cut them loose and move her to a place in St. Peter. Best move ever, no more dealing with New Perspectives. To them, the residents are just ways to get money.

"Friendly staff, great food, but follow-through needs improvement"
The staff here are super friendly. My family says the food is great and they love the activities like bingo and music. They had a good experience with him from admissions and really like the CNAs and housekeepers too. The only issue is that sometimes they don’t follow through as well as they could. I hope this gets better.

"Mixed Experience in Assisted Living, Good Comfort and Convenience"
In independent living, I expected more assistance despite varying levels. However, overall, it's comfortable. My loved one enjoys friendships, convenient location, parking, storage, and easy facility navigation.

"Mixed Feelings About New Perspective Assisted Living"
I visited New Perspective, and I found the community to be really nice. The staff was super friendly. However, the place is quite big, which made me concerned about my dad’s ability to get around. It felt a bit sterile, and I was hoping for a cozier, more home-like atmosphere. They only serve one meal a day, but I wanted something more inclusive for my dad.

"Mixed Feelings on New Perspective Senior Living"
I visited New Perspective, and I liked the place and the people there were really nice. But it’s big, and I worried if my dad could move around easily. Also, it felt too plain; I wanted it to feel cozier like home. They only served one meal a day, and I wanted more options for my dad.

"We're impressed with this community."
The staff is amazing. They've been attentive, treating Dad with respect and dignity. The transition was smooth, and they've worked well with our family. Communication is good, and Dad enjoys the food. I recommend this community.
