"Older place, being renovated, familiar location."
We toured Champlin Shores because we knew the area. I liked it okay. It didn't feel as nice as the place we chose, but it was older. They were updating it with renovations, and it was still a contender for us.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living with Kind Staff and Excellent Care"
It's great. The place is beautiful. The staff is very kind. My husband really likes Paye, who works with him. Paye does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Project Caring to anyone. It's a beautiful place with kind people. They take good care of my husband, and we are very happy.
