"Inconsistent Care and Limited Meal Options at Assisted Living"
The workers don't always provide the same level of care. They offer cool care suites, but there aren't choices for meals. It's either pay for everything or get nothing, even though my family member doesn't eat much. We've talked to them a lot to try to get things fixed.

"Great value and friendly staff at River Oaks"
We chose River Oaks because it offers better value than her old place. The location is great, and the staff are really friendly and seem to care a lot. They have many activities for residents, though my mom doesn’t always join in. There’s an extra $5 charge for room service meals. The facility was recently bought by a new company, and they plan to remodel the main lobby. Overall, we’re very happy with River Oaks and would recommend it to others.

My father is doing well at this community. The place is clean and looks nice. Communication between me and the staff could be better, but they are doing their best to care for him. He has tried a few new activities, but I wish they would take him to more of them. He enjoys the meals, and the food is good. I would recommend it.
