"Friendly Staff and Smooth Move-In at This Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist. The front desk team is fantastic, and housekeeping does a thorough job. Moving in and signing the contract was easy. The food is generally good, with some room for improvement. We’d definitely recommend living here!

"Comfortable, Helpful Staff in Cozy Independent Living Facility"
I chose this facility for my loved one in independent living, so we don't use housekeeping and nursing regularly. Most staff are friendly and helpful with questions. They even loaned furniture until hers arrived. The building feels homey and cozy. Her apartment, one of the largest for the price, is conveniently close to shopping and medical facilities. I recommend this facility.

"Better Experience at Cerenity Residence"
I been here long, but things are looking up. The staff seems more stable, and his room is cleaner. Plus, he’s more engaged in activities. Overall, it’s a better fit than his previous place.”

"Community Doesn't Match Expectations"
Don't choose this place. I chose it because of where it is, and they said great things, but it's not what they said.

We toured in person; nice, but not right for our loved one.

"Unattended residents and fake staff ruin care center experience"
Our time here was awful. The staff felt very insincere, like they were only pretending to be kind because someone told them to. In the memory care unit, there were no staff there for hours at a time, even when meals were served. Snacks were just tossed at the residents like they were animals. We had to move our family member out when they fell one time, no one noticed, and got a broken hip.

"Great Assisted Living with Activities and Friendly Staff!"
We chose Rose Arbor & Wildflower Lodge mainly because it’s close to our family. After a year here, we were relieved to find out they accept Medicare, which was hard to find elsewhere. They offer plenty of activities, and the activities director, [name removed], has been fantastic. The facility is in a beautiful location, and we’d recommend it to others.

"Friendly Staff and Accessible Care at Rose Arbor Assisted Living"
We really like the staff here—they're friendly and attentive. They're always accessible, ready to address any concerns or questions. The food could improve, though the dining facilities and kitchen staff are good but struggling. Overall, Rose Arbor provides a safe, healthy environment for our loved one, and we're very happy.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Privacy and Communication"
The people are really nice and the food is great. There are plenty of activities to do. But I think they need to work on privacy and care. I thought my loved one would have more freedom, like in their own apartment. But sometimes people just come in without letting anyone know. I thought the staff would check on my loved one if they hadn't been seen, but they don't. They won't let my loved one handle their own medications. Sometimes they forget to bring them at all, so my loved one misses doses. They never gave us a written plan for the care we're paying for, even though I asked multiple times. All I get are bills. The person next door smokes, even though the place is supposed to be smoke-free. But my loved one's room still smells like smoke. The community wanted my loved one to complain using their name, but I didn't feel safe with that. I think it's the community's job to fix it.
