"Not Enough Weekend and Evening Coverage"
The staff and facility were really nice. However, they could use a bit more coverage on weekends and evenings.

"Food Needs Improvement at Pet-Friendly Facility"
The place is great for pets, with updated carpets. However, the food needs improvement. My family member found it too greasy, fatty, and salty.

"Extra Fees Add Up: Beautiful Facility with Costs for Services"
This facility is lovely and well-located. However, there are additional charges for services beyond the basic monthly rate. For instance, only two loads of laundry per week are included; any extra loads cost an additional $10 each. Additional services like nursing, companionship, and extra housekeeping also come with additional fees.

"Not Recommended for Overworked Staff"
The staff tried their best with limited time and resources. During dinner, they were always busy, so emergencies didn't happen then. But paying more for advanced care didn't help with the most important thing: response time. Even though we brought our loved one to the facility to get help, I still had to spend time caring for her. The staff were kind but overworked. I wouldn't recommend this place.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, it's an okay place, but I'm still searching for a better spot for my mom. If you'd like to chat more, feel free to call me. Unfortunately, the food choices on the memory care floor aren't great—sometimes my mom says it's inedible. The activities are lacking, parking is terrible, and maintenance needs improvement. Plus, the icy sidewalks this winter are a real problem.

"Inconsistent Menu Options; Strong Staff Communication"
Sunrise is a great place. Compared to other communities, I find Sunrise superior. The higher-level staff communicates well with families. It's important to initiate communication with them, as they respond promptly to our questions. However, there are inconsistencies in the menu options that could be improved. It would also be beneficial to ensure timely and consistent delivery of food to residents' rooms, matching their orders.

"Crowded Care: Mixed Feelings at Sunrise of Roseville"
Sunrise of Roseville looked clean and kind of cheerful. But it felt like a big place with too many people for my loved one to feel at ease and get enough help.

"Great Assisted Living Experience"
Sunrise has been a great experience for my family and my loved one. The staff promptly responds to our calls, and they take good care of my family member. Their room is well-maintained. Sunrise provides peace of mind, and the staff is always available for requests. Residents can enjoy theme nights, movie nights, and bingo.” .

"Friendly Staff and Personal Interaction, Minimal Activities and Staff Shortage"
Sunrise of Roseville manages medications and nursing care well. The staff are friendly, but activities are minimal, which may not suit active residents. Currently short-staffed, housekeeping is infrequent. It's a smaller, family-oriented facility with good staff interaction. Communication with staff is easy for questions. Improvements needed in shower and laundry frequency.
