"Mixed experience with assisted living facility; communication and care lacking."
This place might work for someone who can take care of themselves, but it's not so great for people who need extra help. The cleaning is okay, but they don't always stick to the schedule. Their special memory care area is really bad, and it costs way too much. The food is awful, and they say it's the same everywhere, but that's not true. The people in charge don't talk to you much, and neither do the staff. There are only a few workers who seem like they care about the residents.

"Responsive Assistance and Accommodations at Waters of Eden Prairie"
They were really helpful and quick when we chose a place. They made special arrangements for us. I'd suggest Waters of Eden Prairie to other families.

"Mixed Experience: Nice Facility, Quiet Atmosphere, Art Program Appreciated"
I visited Waters of Eden Prairie while looking for Independent Living for my loved one. The facility was pleasant. The manager was friendly, they offered art activities, and everything was tidy. However, the lobby lacked liveliness; most residents seemed secluded in their rooms.

Clean, lots of activities, caring staff, struggles with retention.

"Poor Customer Service at Assisted Living Facility"
I've been coming here three times a week for half a year and the front desk hardly speaks to me at all. You can only reach the business manager and nobody else. I appreciate good service and follow-through, but sadly that's missing here.

"Mixed Feelings About Waters of Eden Prairie Assisted Living"
My family checked out Waters of Eden Prairie to see if it would be a good fit for my mom. It seemed nice overall. The place smelled clean, and everyone was friendly and happy. But, I couldn't shake the feeling that it might not be right for her. I'm not sure why, but something just didn't feel quite right. It's a nice place, though.

"High Costs and Some Transparency Issues, Otherwise Excellent Facility"
The cost for care is extremely high. They charge $9 for room-delivered meals, despite proximity. Transparency in care and pricing is lacking. Facility is excellent, aside from the high costs.

"Costly but Lovely Assisted Living Tour"
We enjoyed the tour at Waters of Eden Prairie. The place was beautiful, but it cost too much. They wanted a lengthy stay before the elderly waiver, so we went elsewhere.

The Waters impressed us with its clean, open spaces. The staff made us feel welcome during our tour, and the apartments are spacious and nearly soundproof.
