"Positive experience after initial hiccups; great place for Mom."
Despite some initial issues, everything has been great. The facility is lovely, and my Mom is adjusting well. I would suggest it to others.

"Legacy Falls Short on Compassion"
The St. Anthony Legacy feels like an empty place. They offer tasty meals and a cozy shelter, but most additional services come from outside groups. The aides who handle daily tasks are competent. However, when it came to showing sympathy and offering condolences after our family member passed away, it was solely the hospice that provided comfort. We found this absence from the Legacy painful.

"Great Community with Daily Activities, Good Food, and Extra Services"
We’re still getting to know the community since we haven’t been here long. There are a lot of new people because of recent management changes. Overall, I like the community so far. They have one big activity each day. Residents can join men’s and women’s groups, play games, do bingo, enjoy special food presentations each month, go on field trips, and more. The food is really good, though there are a lot of carbs. There’s a main menu for the day, plus options to choose from. The monthly fee covers the apartment, utilities, transportation, activities, and meals. The apartment has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer inside for independent living. You can also pay extra for housekeeping and laundry services. There are different care levels available for assisted living too.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
Our family visited this place and we were impressed by the bus service for residents. But the apartments are too tiny, and it feels more like a nursing home transitioning into an assisted living facility. It seems a bit too isolated.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails to Meet Basic Needs"
It takes them forever to attend to basic needs like getting the carpets cleaned - they took 3 weeks last time. Quite a few of the people who work here aren't really ready to do their jobs. Most of the time, when you ask them something, you get answers like, "I was off that day," "that's not what I do," "someone told me we don't do that," or "I'll ask someone else." Communication between the management, healthcare providers, and family members isn't good by any means.

"Tour Reveals Nice Facility with Limited Activities"
We visited this place. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered my questions. The rooms were nice and big. They don't have many activities. It wasn't right for me.

"Warm Welcome and Happy Residents"
Every time I go inside, they greet me with smiles. I volunteer at lots of places, but this one always looks clean, smells nice, and the staff is super friendly. The people who live there seem really happy too!

"Mixed Feelings About The Legacy of St. Anthony Assisted Living"
The Legacy of St. Anthony is pretty new and quite nice. she did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. We liked that the kitchen had a smaller oven and fridge, making it feel more like a regular apartment. Overall, The Legacy of St. Anthony is a really good Assisted Living place. I’m giving it a 'fair' rating, but we've only had one tour so far.

"Insufficient nursing care; location not ideal; not the best fit."
We checked out this place for choices. They didn't have enough nursing care hours for what we needed. Plus, we preferred a spot in a better location, so we chose that instead. This place just didn't quite match what we were looking for.

"Mixed Experience at Legacy of St. Anthony"
The folks at Legacy of St. Anthony are really nice. They treat my mom well and the place looks great. However, there were some problems with the move, like not knowing about the double deposit when switching rooms. Also, they said my mom could take a bus to church, but later we found out she needs someone with her when she gets off, which wasn't explained before. It's important to be upfront about everything.

"New Assisted Living Facility Shows Promise, Some Improvements Needed"
The people who work here are nice. The places everyone can use are a bit cleaner than where you stay by yourself. Sometimes they take a bit long to come when you need something, and they don't chat much with the people who live here. They're alright at setting up things to do and chances to hang out with others. Since they're new, they're doing pretty well. One person who lives here really likes the food.
