"Working Through Minor Issues"
I'm really pleased with how they take care of my mom at The Waters. I can't give it 5 stars yet because there are a few minor issues. We're discussing these with the nursing director, so let's see how things go.

"Great care and location friendly staff and good recommendations"
Our experience has been really good. We picked this facility because it was close by and had openings when we needed them. Some friends who had parents here recommended it too. I’m hoping they can use the Minnesota waiver when the time comes. It’s not approved yet, but they’re working on it. The staff is very caring and friendly to everyone. I feel good about having my parents here. I would suggest The Waters of Oakdale to others looking.

"Disappointing Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
The helpers were really nice, we liked them a lot. But my family member has trouble moving around. When we signed the papers, we were promised the best help, which included using a lift with two helpers. But when we needed it, they said it's not working and we have to leave. My family member was only there for about 6 weeks, and dealing with Covid made everything harder. It felt really tough and unfair. They didn't seem like they wanted to help us, and I couldn't leave my family member somewhere they weren't wanted. My problem was with the bosses, not the helpers who took care of him every day.

"Cost Surprise"
We visited both parts of this place. The memory care section had nice features, but the extra care cost surprised us at $6,000 per month on top of assisted living rates.

"Beautiful new facility with helpful staff, better for mobile residents."
We checked out this place. The people working there were friendly and ready to help us out with everything we asked. The building was really nice, all shiny and new. My mom would've had her own place, and nobody had lived there before. But it was too big for her. She gets tired easily, so it wasn't the right fit. I'd suggest this place if you don't have trouble moving around.

"Great Place for Mom!"
This place is really nice and clean. Mom's starting to join in on some of the daily stuff. They have lots of food choices, and it tastes good too. The people who take care of her are nice and helpful. Sometimes they include both memory care people and others in activities together. Everything's going well so far.

"Clean and friendly assisted living with smaller studio apartments."
This place was neat when I went there. The person who showed us around was nice and useful. They only had smaller studio apartments, but we wanted bigger ones.

"Satisfying Visit"
This place is really nice. When I visited, everyone was friendly. They keep it clean and the staff is nice. But I found another place that suits me better.
