"Friendly Staff, No Openings"
This community was nice during the tour. The staff were friendly and quick to assist. Unfortunately, no openings for my friend.

"Top-notch care lacking"
I'm really disappointed because there aren't enough fun activities to keep our minds active. I searched hard for a place with a good chef, but they replaced the chef, and the food quality dropped. The dining room keeps closing, and they serve sandwiches too often. During COVID and the flu, they stopped dining for all residents. The residents feel isolated, which harms their mental well-being. When there were sprinkler system issues, they didn't communicate properly, leaving my loved one confused about whether to evacuate for a fire alarm. No one clarified. Considering what we pay, I expected top-notch care. Unfortunately, that's not the case here.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
The food is tasty, but service can be slow due to staff shortages. Great activities!

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
This place was really nice, but we weren't prepared for the changes. Also, no bathtubs in the units, and parking cost extra.

"Loved one's care fell short, very disappointing experience overall."
Our family was really let down by the care and attention our loved one got. It was definitely not what we thought it would be.

"Assisted Living Facility: Mixed Feelings Amid COVID Challenges"
The atmosphere is pleasant. They have a diverse group of residents, including many men. They take good care of everything. My mom enjoys it. Since COVID, things have gotten worse, and residents have felt quite isolated. The food isn't great.

"Disappointment Over Neglect and Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
We initially thought highly of the place when it first opened. The meals were delicious, and the staff were always welcoming. The care provided was decent at first, but it steadily went downhill. There were incidents that went unreported! Some nurses were good, but the head nurses were rarely around and almost impossible to reach. My husband fell and broke bones because nobody responded to his call for help. Neither I nor a doctor was informed about his injuries. We couldn't have been happier when we finally left!!!
