"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Assisted living apartments are alright. Prices are similar to others in the area. They're part of the Ebenezer Society, with Fairview system, trying to keep things running smoothly. But, food quality has declined over the past few years. Some caregivers need to be more attentive and gentle. They have potential to improve. It's best for seniors who are mobile and somewhat independent. Not suitable for everyone, many other good options nearby.

"Great Assisted Living with Helpful Staff and Good Activities"
So far, this place is good for my parents. The staff are helpful and pay attention to their needs. My parents enjoy the meals from the dining room, but they can also cook for themselves in their own apartment. The facility is clean, has nice activities, and great rooms. My parents have been enjoying everything they offer.

"Mixed Feelings at Towerlight"
At Towerlight, the activities could be improved—they don't really challenge my loved one. But overall, she enjoys it, and the food is good. The staff is great too.

"Medicare Rejection; Otherwise, Pleasant Facility"
The place doesn't take Medicare, so we can't pick it. If they did, it'd be top-notch. It's a nice place, though.

"A Caring Home-Like Assisted Living Community"
My mother is really happy at TowerLight. I've had experience with several senior communities over 30 years, both through my own family and friends. Some felt like hotels, and others tried to look like hotels but didn't quite succeed. TowerLight feels like home. This is likely because they really value family as an important part of the care team. We always feel welcome when we visit and are encouraged to join in special events. The building is designed to make things safer and easier for seniors. While these features are subtle, they really make a difference. For example, elevators and common areas are placed to reduce the amount of walking needed to get to important spots in the building. My mother loves the many different activities that let her socialize and grow personally. There’s a great mix of activities for residents and chances to connect with people outside the building. The management and staff are always respectful and work hard to meet each resident’s needs.

"Great location, furnishings, and staff; food needs to be hotter."
I love how close it is to home, the newness, and the furnishings. The people are great! The food is good with a lot of variety, but it’s never hot. It was nice to reconnect with old acquaintances who live at TowerLight. My husband and I enjoyed the 4 o'clock 'Happy Hour.' The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The move-in was a bit tough but went as well as could be expected. A warmer welcome would have helped. The red alert button is a great feature.
