"Poor Living Conditions and Services at Assisted Living Facility"

I'm currently living here but I'm not thrilled about it. A few years back, I tried shifting to a place nearer to my doctors in Burnsville, MN. But at the end of my discussion with them, they rejected me claiming that I refused my meds. That's simply not true. The folks at Valley View have that on record. What's worse, the bathrooms have been unusable for at least a whole year. Plus, I've had my clothes and cash stolen right from my room. And there are even more issues than these. I really think the human resources department of the state needs to step in and check out what's going on. All in all, I wouldn't advise anyone to consider this place.
