"Spacious Apartments with Monthly Activities, Some Maintenance Concerns"
My parents live in an apartment where they get help from other companies. But I appreciate that they can join in on activities the place offers each month if they want to. I liked that the apartment was big, but the outside area needs fixing; there have been big holes in the ground for 2 years with no repairs. The apartments haven’t been updated, with old cabinets. They raised the rent twice in a year. It's okay for seniors if you don't have a lot of money.

"Good for Independent Residents, Nice Staff, and Clean Main Areas"
Care and oversight are limited if the resident doesn't need a lot of one-on-one help. The facility is older but has been updated recently. The main areas are kept very clean. Housekeeping in the residents' rooms seems to be irregular and not on a regular schedule. The food is okay, with several options to choose from. The dining staff is very nice.

"Reasonably Priced Assisted Living with Severe Staffing Challenges, Caring Environment"
It's a great place with reasonable prices. Currently facing severe staffing issues, like many others. They take good care of my loved one. Activities include Bingo, arts/crafts, movies, church services, and grocery store bus trips. Grateful for finding this place!

"Affordable Senior Living with a Few Rent Bumps"
The apartments are big and have nice screened-in balconies. It's a great place for seniors. They offer activities all month, and residents socialize regularly. was helpful and professional, making sure my parents found the right unit. They even handle mail mix-ups. The only downside was the rent going up twice from $1096 to $1190.

"Great apartment and good value; highly recommend Waterford Estates"
The apartment our loved one has is just right for her. It has everything she needs, and compared to other places, the price is pretty reasonable. From what we’ve seen so far, we would suggest the Waterford Estates community to other families.

"They're Making Improvements"
The food here is really good. But we've had some worries about when and what meds my loved one gets. Some of the medical staff aren't as friendly as others. The caregivers are mostly nice and efficient. They do have activities, but it's not super active. And the transportation can be iffy – they cancel trips if not enough people sign up. Overall, we're pretty happy with this place.

I checked out Waterford with my family, but it didn't seem right for me. The carpets were old and lumpy, and the walls needed paint. The staff were nice, but overall, it wasn't what we were looking for.

"Unsatisfactory Care and Lack of Activity at Assisted Living Facility"
When I went to see my dad, he looked terrible. I asked the staff to clean his face, but they didn't do a good job, so I had to do it myself. They always just give them vanilla wafers and juice as a snack, never anything different. Even when me and another guest were in the room, the care staff just stayed in their office. They had told us before that they would do three activities a day, but we are not seeing that at all.

"Struggles at Waterford Manor: Clean but Overpriced, Slow Response"
Moving to Waterford Manor has been tough. The place is neat and tidy, and they do a good job of keeping my mom's room clean. They have some activities for residents, which is nice. But it's expensive for the care mom gets. They say they'll come when we press the call button, but it takes longer than they promise. The food isn't great, and lots of residents agree. We're hoping things will improve.

""Avoid This Facility: Subpar Care and Terrible Communication""

"Facility's Call System and Promises Fall Short"
Even though I've been here only for a short time, I know there's supposed to be a settling-in period. But there's just so many big promises made that haven't been kept. The assistance 'call system' is either bad or the staff just doesn't listen. We're trying to solve these issues but, so far, we're not really happy.

"Lovely, Clean, and Friendly Community"
My tour of this place went well, and I like it. It is a beautiful community, and everything I saw looked nice and clean. The staff was very kind and polite. They were helpful and answered all my questions. However, the way their independent living works wasn't what I was looking for. It is a nice community with kind people.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living, Hopeful for Improvement"
Since Mom moved in 2 months ago, there were some hiccups. At first, it was frustrating because things didn't go smoothly. But what really matters is Mom's happiness, and she's really happy here. She's been enjoying chair yoga, card games, and movie nights! However, I've had some issues, like when Mom needed help from the nurse but didn't get a response. Also, she missed laundry day because nobody told her to keep her door unlocked. But overall, the staff has been responsive when I call, and the place feels like home when you walk in. The food is delicious, and Mom has even gained some weight! I'm hopeful that things will improve with time!

"Assisted living experience has friendly staff but lacks cleanliness oversight."
We're facing issues. People are nice, activities, food are okay. We've asked for safety changes multiple times, but they say they're short-staffed. They're punctual with billing. The apartment wasn't fully prepared when we moved in, and it wasn't cleaned afterward. Even the occupational therapy staff noticed the cleanliness issue. We initially chose it because of the friendly atmosphere and convenient location.

"Decrease in Care Quality at Assisted Living Home"
My parents stayed here for a year, mainly in the memory support section. My dad passed away during that period. Just recently, I moved my mom to another home. The number of staff and the quality and amount of activities have sadly dropped. The new manager talks a lot but only tells you what you want to hear. The nursing care is okay, and we did have two amazing caregivers. However, they lack the necessary tools to keep residents busy. It's not okay for the residents to roam the hallways, doze off in chairs, or simply be parked in front of televisions most of the time. On a brighter note, the staff is actually pretty nice and welcoming.

"Concerns Rise as New Management Dismisses Quality Staff"
I've been living here for a year, arriving just before the new management stepped in. It's concerning that within less than a year, they've let go of lots of trustworthy folks. I worry about the future. Being the youngest resident here, I feel bad for my older neighbors.

"Nice place"
The activities here are great. Right now, the nursing staff is going through some changes. The food is good. After visiting many facilities, I found this to be the best fit for my parents. I liked that they have separate buildings for independent and assisted living. When I had health problems two weeks after moving in, they were very accommodating. However, I've noticed that follow-through isn't always done to my satisfaction. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied after a few months.

"Room for Improvement, but Overall Satisfactory"
This place is okay so far. Sometimes they're slow fixing stuff or answering questions. It's clean, but staff in the townhouses aren't around much. It'd be nice if they gave out a calendar so people knew about events and rides. But besides that, no issues. Things are good.

"Friendly Atmosphere but Room for Improvement in Cleanliness"
I had a pretty good time here. The folks here, residents and staff, are nice. The food is tasty, but it's a bit of a trek to get it from where they serve it to where we live if you have trouble moving around. Also, I think they could do a better job of keeping the place tidy.

"Great Option for Smaller Community"
This place is my second choice. It’s not too big like the others I saw. Smaller community, friendly for making new friends, and nice outdoor spaces. Being close to their current neighborhood is a big plus. Dinner was exceptional, and I appreciate the on-site nurse care center. The cost is a bit high, but overall, it’s very nice.

I helped some friends find this community when they were looking for a place, and they seem happy with it so far. It's a clean, nice-looking place, and the staff are really friendly. The activities could use more variety, though. Their old community had a lot more music activities, which they miss here.

"Beautiful Townhouses"
The Waterford was okay, but my mother-in-law lived in a townhouse, so she didn’t feel like part of a community. She moved out to be closer to family. The townhouse itself was really nice—a lovely two-bedroom place. They provided meals, but since she wasn’t in the assisted living section, she had to walk outside to reach the main building. Not very convenient for elderly folks. She didn’t participate in any activities there.

"Friendly Staff and Cozy Atmosphere"
The person in charge was super helpful. The staff is friendly, and the place feels both professional and cozy. I like that they offer different options, from living independently to hospice care. The activities in the memory care unit are great, and since it’s a small group, the staff really gets to know the residents. I think this could be a good place for my dad and maybe even my mom in the townhouses.

The townhomes are all on one level and they are absolutely stunning. Plus, being right on the campus means easy access to everything the community offers. Inside and out, The Waterford is beautifully maintained.

"Cozy apartments, ample resources, close to amenities, occasional availability."
This place is really nice and has a lot of stuff to help you out. The apartments for people who need a little more help are small, just one bedroom. But if you're more independent, the apartments are bigger, like a little over 1,000 square feet for two bedrooms. It would be better to get one of those apartments close to the restaurant, or else it's going to be a long walk. Right now, they have some of the smaller apartments available, but that might change as we get into the summer and more people are moving. The bigger apartments cost about $1,000 a month, and the smaller ones are under $4,000 a month.
