"Kind Staff but Facility Needs Improvement"
I visited Ashbury Heights of Fulton and it was alright. The place really needs some new touches. It looked a bit worn out. The rooms have to be painted again and the decorations in the shared spaces should be fixed up. The people in charge were nice.

"Nice but found better elsewhere for mother's needs."
Toured for mother's needs. Nice community, but found better elsewhere.

"Negligence and poor maintenance in assisted living facility."
Awful! They didn't remember I was coming and the woman I was supposed to meet had returned to the grocery store again. The newly purchased groceries were scattered on the floor. The condition of the rooms was poor. I instantly knew this wasn't a suitable place for my parents.

"Dedicated Staff, Some Challenges"
The assisted living facility has just two staff members who handle everything—cooking, cleaning, medications, and more. Despite being overworked, they remain friendly and caring. While there aren’t many activities, the place has been good for my family member. It’s a more affordable option than fancier memory care facilities. Corporate decisions can be a challenge, but the staff’s dedication shines through.
